The competition sections and awards:
- European First Feature Film Competition (Prize for the best director, endowed with 5,000 euros)
- European Short Film Competition (Grand Prize of the Filmwerkstatt, endowed with 3,000 euros / Audience Award, donated by the Münstersche Filmtheater-Betriebe and endowed with 1,000 euros)
- Westfalen Connection (Award for the best short film, donated by the Stiftung Westfalen-Initiative and endowed with 1,000 euros / Award for the best feature film, donated by the Stiftung Westfalen-Initiative and endowed with 1,500 euros)
The award-winning short films can then be seen again on the big screen. The winner of the feature film competition will be shown again on October 1st at 8:00 p.m., the winner of the Westfalen Connection feature films on 01.10. at 5:30 p.m.
